Fees:   

*$85 Registration Fee (non-refundable) must accompany this application for enrollment.

 *One month’s Tuition (non-refundable) must be paid on or before May 1, 2011 to confirm your enrollment.

*$75.00 Activity Fee (non-refundable) and second month’s Tuition are due September 1, 2011.

*Tuition payments are due monthly and are considered late after 10th day of the month.  A $25 late fee will be charged to your account after the 10th day of the month.  Returned Check Charge - $25.

 

Refunds will not be given for days missed due to illness, surgery, appointments, vacations, etc.

This Application for Enrollment and all attached enrollment forms must be submitted together on January 10, 2011 for enrollment into the 2011-2012 school year.  Your child will not be placed in any class until all forms are complete and turned in together.  Admissions will be received on a first come/first served basis.   Final acceptance and class placement will be made by the Preschool Director.
