2012 Youth Mission Trip Information:
Senior High Mission Trip to West Virginia
The Senior High Youth (grades 9-12) have chosen to be a part of the West Virginia Ministry of Advocacy and Workcamps as their mission trip. The dates are June 9-16. This is a building project mission trip in which our team will be assigned to one of 4 areas in West Virginia: Montgomery, Colcord, Kopperston or Welch. Junior High Mission Trip to Detroit, Michigan
The Junior High Youth (grades 7-8) will be taking our Vacation Bible School on the road to the Second Mile Center in Detroit, Michigan. The dates are June 23-29. The Second Mile Center is a mission of the PCUSA Denomination that serves needy children in inner city Detroit, Michigan. We will be visiting other mission sites and taking a trip to see the Arab American Museum, the underground railroad and more. We will be hosted by Farmington Hills Presbyterian Church in a suburb of Detroit. Below is a link for the release forms for this trip. There is also a link to their web page.
